It was a cold, wet, rainy and wet day (31st October 2020) when I made my way down to that London for my 2nd and final race of 2020.
The race went much better than I expected, for the first 11 miles. In truth I had started too fast and by the final mile I simply did not have a mile left within me so I walked quite a bit.
I missed out on a PB by around 90 seconds, but completed my fastest half since 2017.
Afterwards I went to a pub and had a nice pint of stout with some pleasant company.
TLDR: 13.1 Miles in 1:57'27
